John F. 'Jack' Risko - AeroThrust Corp. Chairman and CEO

AeroThrust is Jack Risko's second foray into the aviation MRO business. He was a partner in the ownership group that financed the purchase of National Airmotive Corporation of Oakland, California in 1995, and served as CEO of that company. NAC's holding company was taken public on NASDAQ, and NAC itself was sold to its primary supplier, Rolls Royce PLC, several years later. Mr. Risko's company, Windstar Capital LLC, purchased AeroThrust Corporation in 2001.

Prior to his involvement in executive management, Jack Risko was a banker in New York and Los Angeles. His experience includes being a lending officer at Citibank, N.A., and a specialist in mergers and acquisitions at Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated. Mr. Risko received his BA from Yale College in 1973 and his MBA from Harvard University in 1980.
