Through 24-hour designated Sales & Customer Service Managers (CSM’s), AeroThrust provides its customers individual attention and customized service that is time appropriate for their ever-changing needs. AeroThrust customers have access to up-to-the minute status reports; timely and accurate cost estimates; engine component expediting, and 24-hour field service dispatch to meet emergency needs. This is our standard operating procedure, not a frill offered only to the larger-scale customers, but to every customer. |
